Museum of Indian Arts and Culture is on Museum Hill off Old Santa Fe Tr. The museum has an inclusive collection of New Mexican and Southwestern archeological and anthropological artifacts. Objects include pottery, basketry, textiles, jewelry and contemporary arts. One permanent exhibition examines the comprehensive story of the Navajo, Apache and Pueblo peoples in their own words and voices, and the other focuses on 4 centuries of pueblo pottery.

Guided tours are available.

Admission
$12; $11 (students with ID); $7 (New Mexico residents); free (ages 0-16, New Mexico residents with ID on Sun. and New Mexico senior citizens with ID on Wed.).
Hours
Daily 10-5, May-Oct.; Tues.-Sun. 10-5, rest of year. Guided tours are usually given at 10:30, 1 and 3. Closed Jan. 1, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Allow 1 hour minimum.
