Pros: Location was excellent. Hotel offered Happy Hour every day 4-7 excellent All of the employee were very professional .
Cons: I did not like the additional charge for parking. You drive into the parking garage and you should be able to park your own car because, parking was 5 feet away. The charge of 24 dollars per day was ridiculous.

Pros: Good location
Cons: Pricy valet service for parking $25/night (only option). Poor sound insulation... Windows and doors... you can hear everything!

Disappointing

Pros: The name is my favorite thing
Cons: Everything about this hotel needs an update from the tired old rooms with tiny windows, old smelly carpet in hallways all the way to the disinterested staff. This place sucks!

Pros: The location of this hotel in relation to the Santa Fe plaza and museums.
Cons: The cost to park was off scale expensive. I parked just across the street in a public lot and on the street. It's free on Sunday.
