Pros: Location for what I needed.
Cons: Dog in next door room that barked continuously. Cleaning staff did not replace cups, coffee, or shampoo. Food at breakfast appeared to be old (bagels were hard).

Pros: It was clean, the continental breakfast was good, and the front desk staff was pleasant to work with. Housekeeping also did a good job cleaning the room while we were out
Cons: Entrance to the rooms was from the outside and you had to go outside to get back into the lobby and the breakfast. Not usually a problem but it was cold both mornings we were there. It was also a bit of a drive to the downtown historical district
