Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Multiple level hotel from any angle. Did not refresh the sheets or towels. We were given a confirmation number by phone from the front desk. When we arrived, the current clerk said it was not valid.Room did not have a refrigerator or a microwave.

Cons: When we got to our room it was very cold inside. We called the front desk and they said they would look into it. We never had anyone check it and the room stayed chilly for the duration. On the last day our shower did not have any hot water as well.

Pros: The close proximity to Santa Fe with the shuttle service.
Cons: The Christmas Day Buffet was just OK but not great. The seating of and getting water and drinks was very very slow. I was a single and was ignored for ten minutes. From what I could see, they were understaffed on that particular day.

Pros: The restaurant and bar in the hotel were convenient, as well as the shuttle service.
Cons: Disappointed that food service stops at 8:30pm and the shuttle stops running at 9pm. Water came out of the faucet like a fire hydrant. No mini fridge in the room was not consistent with a typical hotel of this star rating.

Pros: The location, slightly above Santa Fe, provided an amazing view at all times. The staff was friendly and accommodating,for the most part. Our room was in a good location for leaving and returning.
Cons: No refrigerator in the room and they did not change the sheets, which were slightly soiled, during our stay.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel, but, we enjoyed our two night stay. The style was interesting and very Santa Fe. The free shuttle to and from downtown Santa Fe was a big plus as traffic and parking can be annoying.

Pros: The location is excellent; just minutes from downtown with easy access and parking. Great views from a hillside overlooking the city. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The carpet on the porch and inn the hallway was worn and had trips hazards in some areas. Nothing really to complain about, Judy some annoyances like the armoire door not staying shut and no coffee for the coffee pot. The ice and vending area was at the other end of the facility. I wish the rate was a little cheaper so we could have stayed another night or two.

Pros: Great place, great rate. Comfy beds, fluffy towels courteous staff.
Cons: The climate control unit in the room had gaps in the shroud and the freezing cold air from outside blew in. Had to keep the heat on high the entire time to combat. Shake or bake. Discovered too late to change rooms. Should have realized when I first arrived the room was bitterly cold. Wasn't until.later I realized the problem. Stuffed a towel around it and went to bed.

Was only provided with 1 cup of coffee. Restaurant/bar was only open a few hrs a day and then they were out of most things we tried to order. Just really disappointing for the price i paid. Did not include any breakfast items, those were an add. 15 bucks! Could have stayed a chain hotel for less and had a view and ammenities.

Pros: The room was definitely rundown. Maintenance is not being done or completed professionally. Substandard at best.
Cons: Instead of going downtown for supper we decided to dine in there at the lodge. The young man providing us service had to keep apologizing for not having food listed on the menu. Most all of the food is right out of a package. Not prepared on site. We totally made a bad decision eating there. They are not representing your establishment well. Floors in the restaurant looked grungy or dirty.
