The SantaFe Inn is a lovely respite. It is peaceful and quaint and close to old downtown Santa Fe. Our room, tho small, was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable.
Pros: Location to town was walkable, great breakfast.
Cons: The check-in clerk we encountered seemed bored to be there, and he was less than helpful when we asked about traditional New Mexican restaurants to try.

Pros: Extremely comfortable and private. In-room fireplaces. Staff is very professional, friendly. Great, free breakfast. Delicious fresh-baked cookies. The location is ideal. Close to downtown, not too close. Not pretentious but very stylish.

Pros: The staff makes any hotel, these guys are great. Love the kiva fireplace.
Cons: The pillows are all bolster type and too big for me. Also the room was small, but the sitting areas outside the rooms are terrific. And they do have big rooms. I am going back there in May 2016.
