The Armenian chef/owner is well-known in the area for providing some of the best Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes in all of the Hudson River Valley. Organic farms provide the produce and free-range meats. The restaurant has its own vegetable and herb garden, which allows the chef to use some ingredients that are not easily attainable. Fresh seafood is purchased directly from the New York City Fish Market.
