Seasonal creative dinners include a charcuterie board, soft-shell crab, Hudson Valley foie gras, porcini scallops and pistachio-crusted lamb loin just to name a few of the creative dishes. Local and regional purveyors are used for the freshest available ingredients. Save room for one of the pastry chef's creations—the bourbon chocolate cake is fabulous. Their hours vary off season.
