Adirondack Museum, on SR 30, explores the culture, environment and history of the Adirondack region from the early 1800s to the present. Set on 32 landscaped acres overlooking Blue Mountain Lake, the museum has 24 indoor and outdoor exhibits about boating, outdoor recreation, transportation, fine arts, industry, rustic traditions, community life, tourism and the environment. Interactive spaces engage children as well as adults.
