Fordham University, at 441 E. Fordham Rd., near n.w. Bronx Park, was founded in 1841 as an independent Jesuit university. Fordham's nine schools have three campuses: Rose Hill, Lincoln Center and Westchester. Guided tours of Rose Hill and Lincoln Center are available. Guided tours are available.
