This modern property is located in a downtown commercial area, but very near some great Park Slope restaurants, shopping and the Barclays Center. Rooms are city-sized compact but have a stylish décor.

Pros: Nothing, it was the worst hotel experience in my life
Cons: No sound-proof at all. Neighbors watching soccer on TV in their room until 2am. Room next to breakfast area, we were woken up at 6:30am by all the noise. Ice machine next to room running all night. Remote and shady location. No parking spots available.

Pros: Friendly and super helpful staff. I was travelling with my dad who is 88 and in a wheelchair. The staff awesome. They anticipated our needs and helped with early check-in, luggage, wheelchair etc. We much appreciated the TLC.
Cons: The carpets in room would benefit from a good steam cleaning. They are dark, so dirt does not show, but I used a bath towel to soak up a glass of spilled water and the dirt that came up was gross.

Pros: The staff here was phenomenal. We had a small issue with a lost corporate card and they went above and beyond during our stay.
Cons: Mirror came off in the bathroom. Whoever thought it was a good idea to hang with sticky Velcro tabs in a high humidity area needs their head examined.

Pros: It was clean, room was good size. The complimentary breakfast offered choices for guests. The staff were respectful, friendly.
Cons: The hotel did not inform us that the elevator was out of service, my husband is disabled elevator is always a must when we pick hotels to stay in. Also, we were sent to a room that was still uncleaned and looked like a guest just checked out.

Pros: Clean and in a decent location (restaurants and subway close-by)
Cons: No shuttle...but very helpful with cabs, etc. No ice on our floor (even tho it was indicated), we went down to the lobby area...not a huge deal.

Cons: The elevator was broken, our room was on the seventh floor. The shower head in the room was broken and spewed water everywhere. The next morning, the water was shut off for 2 hours because of construction.

Pros: Good breakfast spread, but it opens at 6:30 which is of no use if you have to leave earlier.
Cons: Rowdy drunks in lobby, desk clerk scared, no security. No wastebasket or floor towel in bathroom. Dirty towels removed after first day by housekeeping but not replaced with clean ones. 1 of 2 beds broken frame, could not use it. No repair despite asking.

Pros: The hotel would have been convenient to downtown Brooklyn, but the subway stop was not in service for the bulk of our stay. We were in walking distance of a few very well regarded restaurants when we needed a quick bite to eat upon a return to the hotel.
Cons: This was absolutely not a three star quality hotel. There was one elevator, which was being serviced for part of our visit. There were no bed skirts on the bed's box spring. The comforters were so thin, I thought they were sheets.

Cons: The A/C is bad and needs some service. We booked two rooms and both rooms had issues with the A/C. Super loud noise and hard to control the temperature. There's only one elevator in the building that I think requires some service too.

Pros: The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Lots of options and very convenient.
Cons: Noise from the hallway was noticeable. Doors opening and closing, conversations, and occasionally, a dog barking. But it would be the same if I were staying in a friend's apartment, so it's really just a feature of city life, I suppose.

Cons: When we arrived and checked in at 3:20 room was not ready. We sat in small lobby and waited, when room was ready, we were not informed by Rehana that elevator was broken. Our room was on 8th floor! Another patron told us. There wer not other rooms available on a lower floor. We are a mature couple, I have a knee replacement and my husband recently had cardiac stents. The stairway was hot and the walk up and down for dinner then up again at midnight after our concert were very difficult for us. Thankfully the elevator was repaired in time for our morning departure. I find it difficult to believe that a hotel has only one elevator!
We will never stay in a hotel with one elevator again.

Pros: Nice clean room and really close to public transit (1/2 block), huge plus.
Cons: Room was a bit small and did not include a refrigerator or microwave. The breakfast buffet was nice, but each day they continually ran out of food. They knew/know the hotel occupancy rate could they not have anticipated demand for breakfast? Free breakfast is a 365 day occurrence it's not like they were caught off guard. Occupancy rates and demand for breakfast are highly correlated and should have been more adequately accomodated.

Pros: I enjoyed the daily breakfast. I really enjoyed the A/C and the lighting in the bathroom!! I enjoyed my king size bed and my curtains that gave me the option to sleep any time of the day!!
Cons: The elevator is really old that it takes awhile to get to your floor. There is no self serve laundry near by. The front desk suggested a place that was far from the hotel, mind you I had a big bag of laundry,walking on foot, when I arrived at the destination it was closed and had to walk an additional five to six blocks. Do your research before taking any suggestions from the front desk.The rooms have thin walls, I heard each time my neighbors door slammed, kids running around, adults yelling at each other, and continuous opening and closing of shut doors!!

Great staff
Pros: The staff was very attentive to any requests and did things in a timely manner. They were friendly and professional. The girl at the desk has only been there a week and so was Brian who worked in maintenance or housekeeping. The head guy was on the ball as well...they are a great team..
Cons: The elevator was in bad shape...was slow and felt unsafe to ride in...took stairs most of the time.

Cons: Door slamming noises ruined our sleep, if you are in a room near elevator, forget sleeping.

Okay if you just need...
Pros: Checking in was a breeze. Rehana is AMAZING and did her job well. Every thing I needed plus some she was able to accommodate. They kept the rooms very clean and if you needed anything it got to you with speed.
Cons: The elevators was out which isn't that big of a deal, things happen but I got stuck in the basement which was kind of creepy and my room door raddled every time someone else opened or closed their door. Also once Rehana left it seemed like the guy that took her place had an attitude. Plus most of my visits to this facility I always have to ask for additional toweling because they always start off with one towel and wash cloth for a two people room.

Wasn't aware that a $50 incidental charge was going to be charged to my credit card.
