Its like they on invented this folsky BBQ joint for this little corner of Brooklyn. Love the atmosphere, love the food and happy hour pulls 'em in.
AAA Inspector Notes
An outpost of the legendary Syracuse, New York, barbecue joint fits easily into the Brooklyn scene. It's located in a 1941 brick building that once housed a motor freight company and a tool-and-die shop. Excellent pit-smoked brisket, chicken, fall-off-the-bone ribs and pulled pork are served up and accompanied by great sides and sauces. Diners can enjoy live blues on some nights. The widely divergent and colorful clientele is as interesting as any in the nearby Park Slope neighborhood.
