This rustic, Italian eatery, housed in a remodeled Victorian building, offers a historic Brooklyn feel. The two Franks who own the restaurant clearly cherish straightforward, Italian fare using high quality, mostly local and organic ingredients. I found the fennel, celery root and parsley salad light and refreshing. A perfect start when followed by the heavier house-made cavatelli with Faicco's hot sausage and browned sage butter. The creamy and light tiramisu was one of the best I've tried.
