AAA Inspector Notes
This is a very small, simple, humble no-nonsense spot that serves up perhaps the best lobster roll in New York City—and one of the more reasonably priced. The rolls are available Maine-style—cold with just a light touch of mayonnaise—or Connecticut-style which is warm with drawn butter. You can also get a whole lobster dinner, lobster mac and cheese or some fresh chowder. If you don't want to go out to Red Hook, look for their roaming food trucks or pop-up stands around the city.
