All rooms are one-bedroom suites, with a king bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa, large desk and second TV in the living room. Complimentary hot breakfast is served daily. Off-site parking for a fee is the only option. Unload your luggage at the main entry, and the front desk staff will direct you to the nearby parking deck. It's a hassle, but it's unavoidable. The upside is that you don't need your car while you're here. Nightlife, theaters, tourist attractions and dozens of restaurants are within walking distance, and the light rail station is across the street.
Smoke free premises. 146 units. 7 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).
Pros: It was really clean and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. The breakfast buffet was good, and everyone we spoke to was super nice!
Cons: The ONLY problem we had: the curtains in the room don't shut! The sheers don't keep out any light- which includes streetlight at night. We solved it with some safety pins.
Good downtown option in Buffalo
Pros: Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Massive King sized bed.
Cons: Reception staff could have been a little friendlier at check in
Very pleasant and comfortable.
Pros: Clean, nicely decorated, and spacious rooms. Nice makeup alcove. Good bed. Hot breakfast.
Cons: No parking on site. Neighborhood was not the best.
Hidden Gem Hotel for Good...
Pros: - Spacious room for value.
- Comes with microwave and fridge which you wouldnt even find in many 4-star hotels.
- Good location in the heart of entertainment district.
- Friendly Staff.
Cons: - No bad experiences during this visit.
Pros: Beautiful rooms. Bathroom facets all working well. Two TVs.
Cons: There seemed to be an issue with my checking out. I had already paid by credit card the week before. I presented my 2 cards/ keys to staff, and there was a puzzlingly long wait. I asked if everything was up to date: he was puzzled?
Great Rooms in a Buffalo...
Pros: All the staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and welcoming. I had trouble confirming my return on the computer on the premises, but the desk clerk on duty helped. They found cabs for me and had coffee awaiting at early checkout before the breakfast room opened.
The rooms are spacious; beds comfy; bathrooms spotless.
Cons: The area is still spotty in terms of rehabbing and there are not sufficient eating places within walking distance of the suites No drugstores, either--
The night time crowd on the streets is loud and increasingly drunk as the evening wears on.
I was alone--and without a car--and explored the neighborhood pretty thoroughly during daytime hours, but felt distinctly uncomfortable after dusk.
At least one lamp in the suites ought to be bright enough to read by; in my room, each was a dim little bulb.
Big room and nice bed...
Pros: Not a lot. The bed was very nice. When you could sleep. Couldn't sleep because my room had train tracks right outside my window. Trains went by most of the night. Also very annoying rattle whenever any of the nearby rooms turned on their bathroom fans. Awful.
Cons: Desk folks were not welcoming. Gave me a room at the far back end of the hotel next to train tracks. Neighborhood was awful. Parking was three blocks away behind a pizza joint. The walk to my car at 6:30 am was not fun or safe. Too many homeless and drunks asking for money. Did not feel safe walking around with computer bag and suitcase. Bathroom had plumbing problems. Walls needed repair. Just not a great place.
Pros: The staff was quite friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Sharing the elevator with housekeeping - where they went on before the guest - and we had to wait
Pros: Only.place I'll stay in Buffalo
Pros: Old rooms but quite well maintained. Ok for a couple of nights
great front desk bad house...
Pros: The front desk was friendly and informative and I liked the set up of the room
Cons: I didn't like the fact that one of the owners was looking very unpleasant watching people eat breakfast , also that the house keeper who I believe was related to the owner just walked in my room when I was still in there hours before check out it was rude and made me upset That I'm being rushed out off a room 2 1/2 hours before hand that I spent almost $200 on And my personal space was not respected! Also there was stains on the pillow cases and furniture it needs to be painted especially the bathroom walls
Pros: room facilities are good
Cons: Room service and the staffs are not up to the level.
Pros: the king suite was so nice for a nice cheap price
