International influences on the seasonally changing menu punctuate innovative, creatively presented dishes. Highlights include Alaskan halibut with hazelnut and olive pesto and four seasons duckling that has been tea-braised and lacquered with orange ginger and honey. High marks for the 500 selections of fine wines. A chef's table is available upon request.
