Pros:
Cons: Somewhat noisy, adding sound barriers between rooms would not be a bad investment. Also the doors were closing very loud, making them to close softly at the very end is possible by making the proper adjustments on the door-closure boxes.

Pros: I was in town for a wedding, left the all important MAKEUP in the room!! Upon our return a week later, it had been found and returned to me. Great personal care. Dinner was Great, as was Maria, bar tender. She was excellent. Great personality. I'll be back in december.
Cons: I am confused by the dramatic price differences. One night was $105., one week later $172.? Same everything. Huh?

Pros: Location was great- if I hadn't had my large suitcase, it would have been an easy walk from the airport. Great pillows, beds were comfortable.
Cons: Sign isn't easy to spot in advance coming from the, north (whichever direction is opposite of the airport). I passed by it twice in two different trips and had to turn around and come back. Coming from the airport direction, no problem.

Cons: They said the pool was only open until ten. I walked by at ten thirty and there were still people swimming. The next morning they said it opened at five. I was there at six thirty and it was closed. I found someone's underwear when I moved the ottoman in our room. The public ladies room was out of toilet paper. All stalls. Nice facilities. It no attention to detail or schedules.

Pros: The proximity to the airport was great, and the property looked nice.
Cons: The beds were uncomfortably soft and created caverns where one couldn't help rolling into the heavier person - backache city as well. We waited for over an hour in the restaurant for our dinner to come. The hotel restaurant was not prepared for all the room service orders that the lawyers taking the bar exam were ordering the night before there exam. They were not prepared, and should've known this, and the 4 groups, poor so, in the restaurant sat, and sat, and sat, and there was no mention of why until the food was finally delivered - cold. It was miserable!

Pros: The bed, as always, extremely comfy. Dinner was delish, and the service superb. I forgot when I enter your hotels I receive a bottle of water. There were scrumptious oatmeal, cranberry bars and ice tea in the lobby. I left a shaver home and was given one for free. I always feel pampered. My friend was also impressed, the decor, the service, the total ambiance. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Pros: Location was walking distance to airport. Room had a fridge and microwave. Staff were friendly. Wifi was pretty good and free. Room was quiet.
Cons: Water pressure was painful. Feather pillows had no firmness whatsoever. I had a hard time sleeping. ATM was broken (and taxis only take cash). Buffet breakfast was overpriced and pretty gross (scrambled eggs that tasted leathery, no coffee refills; basically $11 for bacon). No other restaurants nearby. The airport shuttle only seats six so it was faster to walk to the hotel at 2am.
Can't believe I paid so much to get very little sleep, very little edible food, and drag a suitcase around in the middle of the night. The staff were very nice though.

Pros: the windows opened. Just a little bit, but more than other hotel windows.
The food was good and accommodated my gluten free friend.
Cons: When I called the hotel directly I had to answer several computer asked questions before I could talk to a real person. Questions such as my rewards number and my phone number and all I wanted to do was ask a question before I booked the room.
Also, at 3 am an alarm went off in another room, probably unoccupied so the alarm went on and on for a while. I wish hotels had alarms that could only be set for one time.

Cons: After checking into my room, used the washroom and later discovered that the toilet slowly leaked water from the flush handle. Floor and carpet outside bathroom soaked. Kindly requested a room change and keys were brought up to the room across the hallway. Woke up 3 times during the night due to obnoxiously loud building equipment. Could not sleep. Second floor room directly above fire pump room and outside A/C units....I should have recorded the decibel level of the noise. Kindly brought this to the staff's attention and was moved again to another wing on the third floor. Beautiful night sleep. Building needs work but staff is spot on.

Pros: Good for the price. Happy with the treadmill & spa. Room was fine and nice and quiet.
Cons: First of all, I couldn't figure out how to get in my room since this was the first time I've ever seen that kind of key so after traveling all day I was annoyed that no one said anything. Also, the pillows were awful, I could not find the remote, and there was no where to put my dry towel when I used the spa.

Pros: design and decor is current and compelling, staff exceptionally welcoming even at 2:30am. They had e menu for a delivery place that was DELICIOUS: chicken parm sandwiches. Breakfast was great too. Nice facilty, so close to airport it was terrific.
Cons: just that the refrigerator was not checked and there was a half full liter bottle of Pepsi in it but the staff offered to buy us breakfast to compensate. Otherwise the place was clean and tidy.

Cons: Far away from town, so there's no place to walk around or nearby restaurants to go to. It would be a great spot if you have an early flight, as it's next to the airport.
