This restaurant utilizes a wood-burning grill and oven to prepare many of their dishes, including the pizzettas with distinctive flavor combinations such as roasted local cauliflower, smoked bacon with fontina cheese or house-cured salmon with mascarpone, red onions and capers. Dinner items are locally sourced from organic farms whenever possible and therefore change with the season, but may include crispy pork belly, quail, wild Maine mussels and duck confit. The Sunday brunch is well-known, and popular with the celebrity summer residents.
