Pros: The room was spacious
Cons: The property was under construction and our room had a funny smell like it had been worked on that day. The bed was missing the bed skirt and the plywood frame and plastic underneath was completely exposed.

Pros:
Cons: the cleanliness of this facility was POOR and our stay was quite uncomfortable because of it. Our room smelled bad, had carpeting that had not been vacuumed, floors and counter tops that were sticky, and lights that didn't work. Although we complained about this the issues were not resolved. It wasn't until the last night of our stay that we were moved to a different room - which was somewhat more clean but still needed dusting. My colleague has bad allergies and was ill the entire stay because the vents of the heating/cooling unit were so dusty, as were shelves and the top of the refrigerator. We also learned that this facility only cleans the rooms EVERY SEVEN DAYS during a guest's stay. There also was a shortage of blankets, towels and washcloths. Someone on the front desk actually was kind enough to do a load of laundry so that we could get two towels and two washcloths for our room. Our room had peeling plaster in the bathroom ceiling and light fixtures over the mirror that didn't work. The bottom line is that this room shouldn't have been "on line" for rental to a guest. There are nice little touches -- fruit and cheese in the hotel lobby -- but these don't offset the importance of basic cleanliness and an adequate supply of linens. I get the strong impression that this facility is grossly understaffed and therefore unable to handle the basic maintenance of this property.

Pros: No breakfast offered.
Cons: Lobby area needs updating. I wanted to pay cash in the morning, but they charged my card even though I told them I'd be paying cash in the morning.

Pros:
Cons: We were awoken at 5 am by a fire alarm that was on for 45 mins. Then at 10am we awoke to plaster falling on us as they were using a jackhammer in the room above us! The staff said signs were posted about renovation. Literally a jackhammer at 10am. That's way beyond "renovations". I would never stay at one of their properties again. My 5 yr old was terrified and the staff was rude and could have cared less about us getting no sleep.worst experience with a hotel in all my years of travel.
