Pros: Good location, close to the metro.
Cons: A security guard was extremely rude to me. I was trying to open my room, but the key didn't work. I kept trying for a few minutes, and a security guard came up and accused me of trying to access a room without a reservation! And he insisted on escorting me out in very impolite manner!! I asked him "Do you always talk to guests like this?" He replied: "Yes, and you are a non-guest." Ridiculous! I was sleeping in that room for the night before. The front desk proved I was right. He apologized, but his attitude before was not acceptable at all.
