Pros: The staff provided first class service. I have stayed at 4 star and 5 star hotels in New York and the service here was at the same level. If I needed anything it seemed like they always asked me before I asked them. Transportation to meals! I'll be back!
Cons: I can only say, I didn't have the "New York view"....but I was only minutes away from the city and I had hundreds of dollars more to spend when I got there! Other than the view I had the best New York City hotel experience! Thank you!
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: When I was sleeping, someone unlock my door because they were assigned to the wrong room in the wee hours.
Pros: Was close to where we had to go for wedding and family stuff
Cons: We thought it had a pool, nope. No hot tub either
Pros: Staff was great Location very good for concert at CitiField
Cons: Door to room shook every time another door nearby closed
Pros: Location good
Cons: Noise. Room in the elevator,
The stay is OK.
Pros: Easy to get access to the public transportation.
Cons: Very noise when the guests were leaving their room, especially at the hall way in the morning around 6 am.
We felt ripped off. Wanted...
Pros: Staff helpful
Cons: Hotel seemed grubby. Location in unpleasant part of town. Very Chinese decor and restaurant. Felt run down.
Extortionate prices for standard of hotel.
Did NOT feel like a Sheraton
Pros: Comfortable bedding and bath towers. Convenient parking space and a fair parking rate for guest. Central location of down town flushing, near to subway
Cons: Room is a bit small for family of four.
hood location, but hotel needs...
Pros: We booked two Club Rooms with king size beds. However, when we arrived, they were only able to locate one room, although both rooms were under the sane reservation.
Cons: Rooms were small and outdated given the price.
Good hotel but very expensive
Pros: Staff was very good and helpful.
Very expensive for average Sheridan.
Cons: The wi Fi and computer system ids slow and out dated I could not complete the work I wanted to do.
Pros: Great location
Cons: Too load for room service
Pros: In general everything was good. Parking in the same building is A plus bing in New York and the access to public transportation is great.
RUDE SECURITY PEOPLE, OVERPRICED SERVICE
Pros: Good location, close to the metro.
Cons: A security guard was extremely rude to me. I was trying to open my room, but the key didn't work. I kept trying for a few minutes, and a security guard came up and accused me of trying to access a room without a reservation! And he insisted on escorting me out in very impolite manner!!
I asked him "Do you always talk to guests like this?" He replied: "Yes, and you are a non-guest." Ridiculous! I was sleeping in that room for the night before. The front desk proved I was right. He apologized, but his attitude before was not acceptable at all.
Cons: The waitress at 16th floor is unfriendly to us, she might be aTaiwaness, I don't know why, but it's true! When we enter theroom to use breakfast, she seems unhappy to see us, and not so willingto do service to us!
