Pros: Good position nearby Flushing.
Cons: Parking is really bad. Narrow and very uncomfortable, every time park have to pay $20. If you park your car, you can't go out without additional payment $20. You may have to pay $100 a day in worst case. Room is tiny.

Pros: Well, the place was clean enough, and the staff friendly, courteous and accommodating. Location is close to the subway, a reasonable walking distance even on a hot summer morning. There are also some shops nearby.
Cons: I wish I had understood the parking situation better. I knew it was $25/day, which is expensive, but our options were limited because of UN Week. But, what it didn't say anywhere that I read on their website or Bookings.com information, was that it's not an in-and-out service. Meaning, you park there, you're supposed to leave your car in their parking garage until you check out. Which isn't that terribly convenient. Also, the location is on the flight path for LaGuardian, so definitely stay here if you like to hear planes flying overhead every few minutes starting at 6:30 a.m. The plane engine noise is loud and close. And the blackout curtains were terrible. Light leaked in around both curtains on both windows. So between the light and the plane noise, it was very hard to sleep past 6:30 a.m. Walls are fairly thin, so you can hear your neighbor's children down the hall whining. Breakfast was alright, but a little strange for our palates.
