Fulton County Museum, 2.5 mi. w. of SR 30A at 237 Kingsboro Ave., offers historical displays with emphasis on the manufacture of leather and gloves, for which the city was named. Also exhibited are Victorian clothing, regional 19th-century folk art and memorabilia of the Sacandaga Amusement Park, which was flooded when the dam that created Great Sacandaga Lake was built, a military room dedicated to local veterans, model railroads, a technology room, and fire and police department artifacts. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
