Pros: Very Clean room. Nice breakfast area.
Cons: Small bathroom with old style.

Pros: For the price we paid for two nights we were pleasantly surprised. We had a two day concert at Jones Beach and the location, staff and accommodations were perfect for us.

Pros: There was an attendant at the breakfast bar, helping guests with equipment and cleaning up. Counter was still sticky, but she was still very helpful and smiling, doing her best.
Cons: Bathroom needed tlc. Grout throughout was moldy and facilities were quite chipped. However, rest of room looked cared for.

Pros: Sean, the evening front desk rep was very helpful the first night we stayed (Thursday, 8/11) when our A/C was not cooling the room properly. (This night was booked separately and paid for with my debit card)
Cons: EVERYTHING!!! We arrived on Thursday, 8/11/16 (this night was booked separately from the booking. Com reservation of 8/12 -8/15) first off this was the HOTTEST WEEKEND OF THE SUMMER IN NY and the A/C didn't work well at all. Beds were uncomfortable and the room smelled musty...probably from the mold growing under the soaking wet carpet from the A/C dripping all night!!!On 8/11/16 We were notified of a problem with our CC transaction. They never charged our stay to the CC I gave them back in March. I no longer have that CC. I hadn't brought another card with me because I thought my stay was already charged and paid for when I booked it because it was non refundable and I was told it would be charged at booking. I was called around 2:00 pm on 8/12 to come to the desk to discuss a billing issue. I had to be at my nephews wedding at 3:00 and I hadn't even got in the shower yet. I called the front desk and spoke to Theresa. I asked her if I could come down after the ceremony to take care of the issue. She said NO. I asked if the manager could come to our room because we were running very late for the wedding. She said No I had to come to the desk now. I was really pissed that they could not wait a few hours for me to get back from the church. I went down to the office and spoke to the manager (a woman) who was also really short with me. She wanted another CC to charge the room to. I explained to the Manager that because I was told the room would be charged when it was booked (back in March) I didn't bring a CC with me. I told her our dog sitter would be out of work around 5:00 pm and I would have her get my card, read me the numbers and expiration date and BEFORE the reception, I would provide them with the info to charge all 3 days of my stay. They wanted me to ask another family member to charge the room to their CC.
