Pros: Interior decorating
Pros: They accommodate my needs. Early check in and early check out.I'm not very happy with breakfast. My package includes breakfast I thought it's a buffet but it's not. And coffee is not unlimited. Usually hotels I stayed in coffee is free they offer coffee all the time and cookies. That's the only complain I had. JD DeLeon I think is his last name, he accommodate our needs , very friendly very nice person. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Thank you again.
Cons: Breakfast. I'm more in to buffet and free coffee that I can always get when I want some. Over all I like everything.
Pros: Did not eat breakfast there but did have drinks at the bar and the bed was great. All of the staff were very helpful!
Cons: That I didn't get a free night!!!!
Pros: Very modern, very clean, very comfortable.
family with young children
Pros: facility was very clean and efficient. Room was really nice. liked the shower and design.
Cons: Our room was next to the Storage area/Kitchen Bar -- was very loud late at night. was awoken a few times.
Could hear the shower/toilet from room above - did not sleep well.
Pros: The mattress, bedding and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom and shower were nicely laid out. My room was quiet. The staff was pleasant. The place was clean.
Cons: The room furnishings and layout were the most UNCOMFORTABLE I've ever encountered. The lobby/public areas were also ugly and uncomfortable. While business travelers may require plenty of outlets and charging stations, there's more to running a hotel than meeting electrical requirements. The first thing anyone wants at the end of the day is a comfortable place to rest, and whoever designed the furniture and layout for the rooms collected a hefty salary for coming up with the worst solutions possible.Neither the bed nor the small sofa faced the wall-mounted television. Thus, no matter how one swiveled the TV, it could only be viewed by craning one's neck sideways. Not comfortable. The only way to comfortably watch TV was to move the ottoman against the wall between the bed and sofa and lean against the wall. An absurd solution. The reading lamp behind the sofa was completely unreachable for someone of my height, hence useless. The bed was so high, I could have used a step stool to get into it. I couldn't use the ottoman as it was on wheels and would have just slipped out from under me. Getting in and out of an otherwise comfortable bed was a real problem. The Bistro Cafe is no such thing. It's a glorified snack bar trying to hide the fact that the Marriott does not have a real kitchen facility. Very pretentious and not able to deliver. The poor waitstaff received one complaint after another and were really pained. "I'm so sorry" was repeated to hotel guest after hotel guest. In fact, they offered to comp our meals. We insisted on paying; none of what was wrong with the set-up was their fault. The other hotels we stayed at during our trip offered far more comfort, far more amenities, and were far less expensive. I would gladly recommend and stay at any one of them again. I would not choose to stay at a Marriott again. Nor, in good conscience, could I recommend Marriott to anyone.
Cons: paying for breakfest & coffeeVery nice hotel
Pros: Very comfortable room; friendly staff
Cons: Perhaps having more food options but I understand this is not a full service hotel There were plenty of other close by restaurant facilities which offered other options which made my concern above not really an issue
Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Numerous outlets for electronic devices. Bathroom was nice.
Cons: Not enough drawer space.
Pros: Very comfortable accommodations; close to other restaurants and shopping. Close to and easily accessible to my ultimate destination in area. Clean and well maintained.
Cons: Attention from staff - asked for wake up call, did not get.

Pros: Very new and clean. Love having a bar and Starbucks.
Cons: Bed was a little hard. Staff were still learning the beverages but were very nice.
Pros: Great hotel but if it was a little closer to Watkins Glen it would have been great. I like to be right in town to take early morning walks along the water and not having to drive to the location. That would be the only drawback. Everything else was great.
Pros: Great, very clean, awesome outdoor setup
Pros: Best best ever
Cons: Noisy. Woke up every time the AC unit started. Flushing toilets on adjacent room or room above sounded like a flash flood . Could not have a full night sleep with such level of noise. E
Booking.com did a terrible job. I made the reservation through them. Got a confirmation number. I called to reconfirm. But when we go to check in, I'm not in the system, no room assigned for us thanks to ebooking not having done their job. Never again.
Cons: The wifi didn't work. No fan in the bathroom. No movies to rent. They didn't have my reservation on file when we got there, so they booked us another room, but then the room was charged twice on my credit card. When I called to fix it, the employee was rude, hung up on me and never called back. I'm not even kidding.
Cons: The bed was too firm and felt lumpy. We had to change rooms because the a/c wasn't working on a 95 degree day.
