Pros: For a solo traveler like me, I look for comfort, proximity to the airport, convenience of having a shuttle transport, inclusive of breakfast, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, clean facilities and flexibility in booking a room. So far Best Western had these. I don't mind if rooms are outdated as I only stayed a night. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Cons: Noisy neighbors screaming at each other in the middle of the night, slamming the door so hard and saying a lot of cursing words up until walking down the hall.

Cons: We booked the hotel because we were stranded due to weather, probably not an unusual situation at an airport hotel. Given that, front desk staff should be welcoming, sympathetic and friendly. This staff member was completely impassive, and the system was very slow, even at 1:00am. The room was OK but the carpet was still wet from a recent cleaning. Noise from outside plus from an unbelievably loud heating unit made an alarm clock superfluous. The breakfast staff was nice but the staff in general seemed dispirited, and I think that's a reflection on management. I would strongly recommend investing in your staff.
