Pros: The facility itself and the room accommodations were definitely the Wyndham standard. Very comfortable, clean room with coffee maker, decent cable t.v. and good wireless service. Breakfast was essentially different variations of bread - donuts, bagels, cereal, muffins and waffles BUT at least it was included.
Cons: I asked 2 different staff members about late check out options and got two different answers. I also don't love that they post they have parking on site when they don't - there is no parking lot, just alternate side of the street parking available in the area.I was frustrated because I booked the hotel at the non-refundable rate believing that they had parking available only to find out that it wasn't really. It just feels a bit dishonest to me. Ultimately , my companion and I were able to find parking on the street but not that easily and not always so close to the hotel.

Pros: The rooms were very spacious - a double room has 2 double beds in it! The staff were really nice and the location of the hotel is perfect for JFK/airtrain and the subway/LIRR to get into Manhatten. Just remember that the price on booking.com doesnt include the 14.75% tax
Cons: Safety deposit boxes are pretty small, for example they can fit an ipad in but not a laptop

Cons: I booked and communicated via email before my stay of my intentions forlate check out on Tues 6th sept at 9pm due a late flight... I asked andcommunicated with staff 3 times about this when I arrived and checkedin. I Told them of my absolute acceptance of any to any extra chargesand payment to be made via my credit card on 3! occasions... The stafftold me on the monday of my stay, when I asked, that the charges wouldbe made... But apparently no note was made. No notice given to me themorning of. So when I was out shopping and returned at 4pm THE HOTEL staff decided that instead of emailing me... Since they could not reach my Mobile number. DECIDED TO REMOVE MY BAGGAGE FROM THE ROOM. LUCKILY I HAD ALREADY PACKED AND SECURED MY BELONGINGS. THE EMBARRASSMENT OF WHICH WAS STUPID. AS MY LUGGAGE WAS KEPT AT A MECHANICAL ACCESS ROOM INSTEAD OF BEHIND THE FRONT DESK. WITH MY BUSINESS JACKET ROLLED UP IN A BAG. I left without incident as I honestly did not want this to dull my wonderful stay at NY with friends and family. BUT I WILL NEVER STAY AT HOJO AGAIN... NEITHER RECCOMEND ANY BUSINESS OR PERSONAL COLLEAGUES TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. AS A SIMPLE NOTE BY STAFF... INSISTED AT 3 DIFFERENT TIMES... EMAIL OR COURTESY OF KEEPING MY LUGGAGE BEHIND THE FRONT DESK COULD HAVE AVOIDED THAT.

Pros: There was nothing to like, nothing good to mention. I observed either management is not seriius about their business or they are not aware of the fact or they or not interestedin business.
Cons: Staff who is least bothered and interested to attend customers. At the JFK airport Auto phone answering is the actual problem. Recptionist are not answering phines. When i went down from 7th floor to lobby the front desk men answered , I am alone here and busy how can I attend the phone. There is a lot to mention but I don't have time but I promise to my wife never return to this placeagain. While booking I was ooffered for Shuttle service but when we reached after strugling a lot they said we don't have shuttle service and U have used taxi for bothe way which was an additional hit to my expenses. You have scored 2.5 which i don't agreed, it can not be scored 1 or 1.5.
