Historic. The seasonally changing menu captures the essence of fresh ingredients, focusing on seafood with an Asian flair. New Zealand green mussels, littleneck clams and some of the sushi selections are offered only when at their freshest. Creative sides and sauces, which add a complex yet flavorful dimension, accompany most of the main dishes. My personal favorite is the Vietnamese banh mi sandwich, a raucous combination of spicy and sweet with crunch for texture.
