Olympic Jumping Complex, 2 mi. s.e. of the village at 5486 Cascade Rd. (SR 73), is a year-round training and event facility. Within the complex are two ski jump towers as well as the Freestyle Aerial Center, where athletes train during the summer by launching off ski jumps into a 750,000-gallon aerated pool. The 90- and 120-meter ski jump towers dominate the skyline and offer visitors an aerial view from the 26-story Sky Deck, situated atop the tallest tower and accessed by a glass elevator. In the winter the site is home to national and international competition and training; in summer plastic matting is used to simulate snow.
