A variety of regional Chinese dishes at this eatery includes Hunan, Szechuan and Cantonese preparations. Luncheon and weekend dinner buffets allow for a sampling of some of each of these styles. Shrimp with black bean sauce and vegetables is a standard dish, and there are a number of chef's specials, including empress duck and chow steak kew. Other seafood, beef and poultry options can be ordered to varying degrees of spiciness.
