My top choice for upscale Asian cuisine. I love the eclectic high energy vibe, gorgeous cocktails, and thoughtfully selected dishes.

The centerpiece of this restaurant is the circular sun roof designed by an architect from the MOMA museum in nearby New York City. TOKU impresses the masses with its dazzling array of artfully-presented sushi choices and revered main dishes, such as braised Berkshire pork belly with pickled red cabbage and coconut juice. All of the desserts are homemade and come with surprising sauces and flavors. A must try is the banana wonton with a delicate passion fruit cream and tasty lychee sorbet. An illuminated onyx bar is flanked by sake drums while stone and curved wood-paneled walls line the way to a well-lit back dining area. Most of the clientèle here are residents who appreciate superior service, high-quality fare and fashionable décor similar to the Gucci and Chanel stores next door.
