Pros:
Cons: Room was dirty, cockroaches in the pool area and no umbrellas by the outside pool. Managerial staff was rude except for Stewart Goldberg we stayed there on 8/15-8/17/16. Stewart was so wonderful, the hotel industry needs more people like him. He made the rest of our stay so enjoyable I have no words. We live local and it is very rare that we get to have a family weekend . I and my husband work full time and my husband works most weekends. I called the night before check-in to check pool hours no one told me the indoor pool would be closed and that is why we picked this hotel for the indoor/outdoor pool. In case of bad weather my 5 yr old would still be able to have a great time. We were so upset and when we checked into the room there was still old food in the fridge and bathroom was dirty. Not good for a Hilton. I stayed at Holiday Inn Express east end a few weeks before and that hotel blew the Hilton out of the water and was cheaper. The Hilton should be ashamed. If Stewart Goldberg stays as Hotel Manager I know it will start to live up to it's name. They should also make the breakfast hours a little later so people can enjoy breakfast and not have to wakeup so early when they are on vacation.
