Museum at Eldridge Street is at 12 Eldridge St. Explore the restored 1887 Eldridge Street Synagogue, located on the Lower East Side near Chinatown, on a guided 1-hour tour. Interactive displays, religious and cultural objects and the synagogue's rich decor, including a 50-foot barrel-vaulted ceiling, stained-glass windows and a carved walnut ark, detail the history and culture of East European Jewish immigrants to the Lower East Side from the 1880s to the 1920s.
