Pros: Staff were all very helpful and sincerely nice. It's smack in the middle of China town. Walking distance to WTC, Broadway, Brooklyn Bridge and almost all Metro Lines
Cons: View was kinda sucky. But it did not matter much as we didn't stay in often.

Pros: The position was ok, and the room was clean enough, that's all.
Cons: They are renovating and thus there are some issues: noise and cleanness. For starters the place where they serve the breakfast looks bad. The moquette is dirty as they are working there, the rooms used to serve breakfast had their windows so dirty that i suppose they haven't been cleaned in months. They arranged some hotel rooms to serve food but they are very small so there is not enough places to sit if there are more than 10 people at once. The management told us we were allowed to bring the food to our rooms. But to get to the floor where they serve breakfast you must use stairs, no elevator gets there. You need to get to the 3rd floor, walk the corridor and then take some service stairs to a floor that is not accesible otherwise. So you need to do the stairs with your breakfast in hand to go back to your room. We thought they should have offered a good discount because of this "feature". Also there are some images of the breakfast that are not accurate. And finally the hotel had some workers that early in the morning were working.

Pros: Comfy beds and pillows. Great breakfast.
Cons: During our stay major renovation was taking place in the reception and breakfast area. But we do understand the need for the work to be done and we think that the hotel did the best of the situation

Pros: Hotel rooms were clean, tidy and well kept. The hotel is located near two subway stations one has a direct line to the Jamaica where you can get the Airtrain from JFK. The other station takes you into the centre of town. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
Cons: We were unaware the hotel was being renovated, we could have been given this information prior to our stay. The lobby and breakfast areas were out of bounds so had to have breakfast in a designated room which was messy and not very clean. Although the staff did their best to make do with what facilities that had available we think we should have been made of this prior to our stay. The renovations were planned so we could have been informed. We would have still stayed at the hotel but would have set expectations. One of the lifts although working was awaiting repair due to excessive noise.
