young couple
Pros: Penthouse suite with balcony was ideal, great location, very friendly and professional staff, clean room, buffet breakfast, organised car to airport, luggage storage, within walking distance to attractions (St Patrick's, Rockefeller, Empire State, Central Park, Grand Central) and very accessible by public transport

Pros: Everything. The service was excellent. Im
Cons: I choose your hotel because when I saw it online the place looked as I wanted. I wants for the makeup for my wedding. The only inconvenience was that they didn't allow us a few people in the bedroom. An the other issues we had to face was on 9/17/2016 after the incident on Chelsea street. We couldn't go back to the hotel until the next day on 9/18/2016. I would like to know if I can get any refund. Because is wasn't our fault to not make back. The traffic was horrible, and is was imposible to go back to the hotel.
family with older children
Pros: Staff was very accommodating and made my Son feel really special as we were celebrating his 30th birthday. The rooms were spacious and clean.
Cons: The breakfast could be much improved. Space was small. Very few protein options. Bacon was very under cooked. Only ate there first day so was disappointed. Staff was friendly tho.
family with young children
Pros: We stayed in a 2 bedrooms (with 1 bathroom) apartment. The General Manager was kind enough to let us check in little early when he knew that we had a long flight to NY. All the staff are nice and friendly (Reception, Housekeeping and Restaurant, etc.). The Apartment was spacious, had a fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The apartment had living room with a sofa bed and a TV LCD, dining table, one bedroom with king bed and TV LCD, and another bedroom with 2 beds and a TV LCD as well. The hotel location at Midtown Manhattan is very good and it's 15 minutes walk to 5th Avenue and Times square, and also close to the Central Park. There is also pizza shop attached to the hotel which is great if you felt hungry at anytime and don't want to go far from the hotel.
Cons: There is only one elevator in the hotel, you need to use the room key to use the elevator, and it was not easy to use in most of times. It's a good way of security but I think the system needs to be upgraded to a more convenient one. I also think that having a washer/dryer in the apartment will make it perfect, specially for a family staying for 5 days or more. There is some constructions going at the back of the hotel which is causing noise in early morning. This is area of Manhattan has high traffic during most of the day, and usually walking is faster than driving or riding a taxi, so be ready to walk a lot around the hotel :)
