This airy, tech-savvy luxury hotel sits right dab in the middle of highly vibrant, Lower Manhattan. Guest rooms are large and splendidly designed in a refined, modern style. The seasonal rooftop bar sizzles and attracts a good mix of local business people and hotel guests. The dramatic lobby décor is highlighted by a 13-story Sol LeWitt piece of art; more fine artwork is scattered throughout the entire property. Hardcover books showcasing LeWitt's work can be found in guest rooms. The Battery Park City neighborhood has now established itself as a prime destination and one of the very most desirable places to visit in the city. The hotel is near many financial firms and the memorial at the World Trade Center. The views of the Hudson River and to New York Harbor are magnificent.
