the toilet was dirty. I would say it was ok given that we were right down the street from bryant park, which was great for the christmas events.

Pros: I liked the spacious room, and the free coffee/tea/ . The location is excellent close to Subway, Broadway, sights etc
Cons: I didn't like the loud noise waking me up, told was window cleaners, horrendous at 6am. Unacceptable . Staff could be more friendly, one woman in particular had a very rude bad attitude. Compared to the Seton Hotel up the road where we stayed before the staff were so much nicer there.

Pros: None to offer except the valet staff who were nice.
Cons: Extremely disappointed and I think they over charged my credit card and need to call back. Always believe in delighting a customer and the main focus for a staff especially being at the Front desk is to welcome a guest with a smile. I encountered two staff who really do not belong in the hotel and they truly bring a bad name to Marriot. Marriot is my preferred hotel but never encountered such rude and unfriendly staff as the two whom i met. I wish I took down their name but I do know that both are African American's who clearly do not belong there, am not discriminating but merely pointing out what I experienced. I believe they are in the wrong profession....sad for the management who hired them.
