Pros: Great central location. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Their Wine Hour is a great perk, too.
Cons: Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The shower tiles had some cracks and dirty grout, and the toilet seat and bowl had some stains.

Pros: The location was perfect for our Mother-daughter "girls' trip" to NYC. We were able to walk almost everywhere and the subway was convenient when we couldn't walk. We enjoyed the wine social hour in the afternoons as well. All in all a great trip.
Cons: It was unusually hot outside for two days of our stay so the room didn't cool off very well. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they sent an engineer right up and he explained that the system has a motion sensor and shuts off if no one is there. The room didn't have time to cool off at night when we returned late so it was hard to sleep due to the heat. He bypassed the motion sensor for us to keep it running and things were much better - the weather cooled off as well so all was good after that first night.

Pros: The size of the room. The fact that we had a little kitchenette in midtown Manhattan hotel, AMAZING.
Cons: The parking was non existent but too be expected. And the elevator moved at a snail pace
