AAA Inspector Notes
This impressive luxury property routinely ranks among the city's best not just for the modern, elegant and spacious rooms, but also for the equally gracious, polished and knowledgeable service staff. The lobby is positively cavernous, and the steps leading to the reception area are reminiscent of a great cathedral. Rooms feature a restrained but luxurious décor style with contemporary technology appointments and huge walk-in closet spaces with vanities. Baths are clad in rich marble with deep soaking tubs. The signature blond woods come from sycamore. Smoke free premises. 368 units, some two bedrooms. 52 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Pros: The main reason is a lot of hidden taxes & cost For the money it cost there's not even a tea making faculties in your room the terrace room I booked was not as seen in the photo on your web site , breakfast we was told was $75 per person per day ? When I was charged $210 and didn't receive what I had ordered , the last thing that surprised me was a hotel of that statue didn't have a restaurant for evening meals
Cons: See above

Pros: The mattress, pillows and linen were excellent as always with Four Seasons hotels
Cons: Everything else was pretty bad. The rooms are quite dated without amenities as one would expect from a Four Seasons hotel. The service was very slow.
