Staff was super helpful. I had to extend my stay and they kept me in the same room. Catching a cab was easy. The bellman ran up to the corner for me.
Pros: Suite with a kitchenette, wonderful!
Cons: Room on street side was noisy.

older hotel being renovated.
Pros: The staff was very helpful and courteous. They helped printing tickets for ball game. Helped with cabs and transportation.
Cons: Cockroach was running around under suitcases. Brought to manager who gave partial refund for one nite. Guess NYC is famous for them but we were scared and thought it was a mouse it was so big!!!!Shower nob hard to work and fell off when turned it.

Pros: The room layout - very roomy for 2 guests.
Cons: No valet or bellman outside for a while. I was blocking traffic, beeping and waiving; no one saw me.
