Pros:
Cons: Requested 2 beds they took money but didn't have two beds. I was told by manager that I could switch rooms the next day. Tried to switch rooms and was told they are booked and they don't do that. They refused to refund so I could checkout. Was stuck!

Pros: The manager was awesome. As a former New Yorker I'll tell you you don't find staff like this anywhere in New York. Everybody was helpful, down to earth and genuinely happy in their environment. Positive staff goes a long way. Rooms clean, no fuss.
Cons: Not really.. A little construction but that temporary.

Pros: The bed was comfortable, and the hallway was quiet, with no loud noises coming from the street either (even with the windows open). We slept very well. The location was pretty good as well, as we were walking distance to several restaurants and bars.
Cons: There was no mini-fridge and microwave, so we had to buy a cooler. When we tried to get ice for the cooler, we found out the ice-maker was broken. Also, one of our windows was 5 inches from a brick wall and the other faced a construction area.

Pros: The big comfy beds!! The staff were very nice to us. The breakfast was good (love the toaster strudel!) The info on local restaurants was very helpful.
Cons: The parking was a little inconvenient.

Pros: room clean--good free breakfast
Cons: when I arrived they did not have my reservation in the system. I was given an inferior spare room right off the lobby and staff area and it was very noisy ALL night--had great difficulty sleeping
