Pros: The room is very big for a NYC hotel, the staff is so friendly. Location is very good, not right in the middle of the hectic area but easy to get around. The price was fantastic! Liked free coffee and snacks at night too :)

Pros: Location is perfect. Far enough from Times Square so you can sleep at night but still walking distance. Close to Central Park.
Cons: Only 2 elevators, but it's no big deal! And parking was 55$/night but New York being New York...
