Pros: Hotel has been updated; is VERY clean and modern. Maid service: Outstanding! Many hotels barely replace the basics and towels. We had fresh linens, towels, plenty of toiletries daily. Very polite staff! Great location, steps from subway. Free internet!
Cons: We were disappointed with the room size, although it IS Manhattan. Space is premium. It would've been better without the wood frame that went around the bed. We kept hitting our shins getting around the room. A simple headboard would be so much better.

Pros: Hotel location was extremely convenient for our touring plans - just 6 blocks from Penn Sta and a subway ent. (no. 6 train) right across street. Cost was very reasonable.

Pros: Staff were helpful and the room was what I needed amenity-wise and size-wisw.
Cons: There was strong mold and mildew in the room. It threw my allergies for a loop.
