Very pleasant stay here! Hotel staff were professional, upbeat, and friendly as always.
Pros: Room was quiet and looked brand new. Entire facility always appears sharp and well maintained. With a subway entrance practically at your door step and the hotel's proximity to Herald Square Macy's, we've had a reliably great home base for our stays since 2012. We're glad to have found this place and will continue to book on future visits! We've never been disappointed.
Cons: Not a thing.

Pros: Great location and price.
Cons: We were told we were upgraded to a City View, but that just meant we were right next to the noisy elevators. Very poor soundproofing! There are also far too few elevators servicing far too many guests. Each elevator trip we took was jam packed.

Pros: Excellent hotel location, staff and the rooms are fantastic! Make sure to get an upper level room with city view for the best experience. Close to the subway and the employees knew the city when you needed directions. A+++++
Cons: NO! EXCELLENT!
