Pros: location, ease of access
Cons: hectic and crowded lobby; gross and boring clientele; utterly charmless physical building. plus, hotel blocks some travel websites in the business center. staff was friendly enough

Pros: Location. Bed. Breakfast.
Cons: The bathroom surfaces smelled of old dirt water. So bathroom smelled like musty towels/ old wet laundry. Use clean water and sponges.

Pros: My room was in great shape and the staff was EXCELLENT. The free breakfast in the morning is a nice touch, but it gets crowded quickly.
Cons: The room on the first floor near the lobby is really nice, but a bit noisy. However, this was a small detail and would never keep me from wanting to stay in that room again.

Pros: Near Madison Square garden, overall a nice place
Cons: I was put on the 1st floor, with lots of staff only rooms nearby. So between 5:30 and 7:30 I heard a lot of very round rumbling of cleaning trolleys as they came and went outside my door to/from the staff areas. Very loud! It was impossible to sleep.

Pros: Location was excellent, room was small but clean and had everything I needed, and staff was very friendly. I will visit again!
Cons: Not really. If I had to pick something, the room was very small, but I was alone this time so it was fine.
