The entrance to the hotel is nice. However, check-in is a little confusing... unlike other hotels there are not clear lines. Plus, the staff doesn't really make themselves available or welcoming.
Pros: Location is great for shopping, shows, & food options.
Cons: The rooms are very small, especially bathrooms (even in some of the "larger" rooms). Plus, a HUGE drawback is the "resort" fee per day! Just spend a little more at another hotel & have everything included!

My stay itself was good...
Pros: I loved the location. Close to the subway. Walking distance to everything although I didn't get a chance to see it all. The staff were excellent. The concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very kind in my time of need, had a family tragedy and he was compassionate and professional
Cons: The picture of the room was disceptive. It was shoebox size. The bed fitted the room. If you are claustrophobic, you will struggle.

Pros: The location was the best thing for me. I was close enough to walk to Central Park and Carnegie Hall! excellent choice
Cons: No free coffee in the morning. When we were up early to catch a flight, we had to walk to a coffee shop.

Pros: Excellent location near Central Park and transit. Whole foods across the street. Perfect location as we were running the half marathon that starts in Central Park. Excellent cleaning staff.
Cons: Staff at the front did not seem interested, very expensive valet parking (65$/night), very small rooms but comfortable bed b
