Not great, not clean.
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: Not clean, slow elevator, staff ok but not pleasant nor helpful and our room was very noisy due to construction on the street. They did not let us know about it ahead of time, via email or before/while we checked in.

I didn't see the room because I rented it for my nephew who brought his girlfriend to town to propose. When I mentioned this to the front desk agent (Denise), she smiled and said, "Let me see what I can do for them." She then picked up the phone and clattered away at her keyboard, and a couple minutes later said, "We upgraded them to a high floor with a much better view." Really terrific that a) she volunteered; and, b) she got it done.

Pros: Location is great
Cons: Overpriced and very tired. Most staff were great but had a very bad experience with one very rude member of staff

Pros: Bed was super comfy and the cleaning staff were so friendly.
Cons: I was quite disappointed with a couple members at the front desk. I had an issue that they brushed off and did not offer to help me with. The toilet paper is terribly thin.
