Pros: It's a very nice hotel, well located, and it has a great lobby/bar/restaurant area.
Cons: The HVAC in my room (902) was crazy loud. It would jar me out of my sleep when it turned on ... and I am a pretty sound sleeper. It's too bad because the poor sleep undermined a very pleasant stay otherwise.

Pros: Great location, nice fashionable hotel, clean and very comfortable room. Lively lobby area - a cozy place to hang out and relax.
Cons: Absolutely nothing, it is a small room, but to be expected in NYC! I would not change a thing and would highly recommend

Pros: Location is great if you want to explore the Upper West Side and Central Park. Hotel lobby was pleasant and hopping on Friday nights.
Cons: Even for New York, this hotel seemed to promise more for the money than it actually delivered. Items in the room require servicing (the safe was never fixed, in fact) and you had to ask for some of the promised amenities.

Pros: The bed was too high, and difficult to get in without help, but it was deliciously comfortable! the coffee machine made awful coffee, and then sugar, creamer package was difficult to open.
Cons: The rooms were so tiny, it was not easy to use the bathroom, and the tub was very low (too low for me) . I know it;s in NYC, where there isn't a lot of room for anyone... The cleaning ladies were very kind and helpful!
