Pros: Very comfortable beds. Quiet room. Great access to sights and restaurants.
Cons: The front desk staff was nice but they are not professionals that one would expect at a $--- a night Hotel. Not an issue of the people themselves but an issue of training at the boutique hotel. More training for the front desk staff would be nice.

Pros: It's a very nice hotel, well located, and it has a great lobby/bar/restaurant area.
Cons: The HVAC in my room (902) was crazy loud. It would jar me out of my sleep when it turned on ... and I am a pretty sound sleeper. It's too bad because the poor sleep undermined a very pleasant stay otherwise.

Pros: The staff, location and the room decor.
Cons: I was meant to have a bottled water in the room but no luck. That's okay though.

Pros: Great location, nice fashionable hotel, clean and very comfortable room. Lively lobby area - a cozy place to hang out and relax.
Cons: Absolutely nothing, it is a small room, but to be expected in NYC! I would not change a thing and would highly recommend

Pros: Location is great if you want to explore the Upper West Side and Central Park. Hotel lobby was pleasant and hopping on Friday nights.
Cons: Even for New York, this hotel seemed to promise more for the money than it actually delivered. Items in the room require servicing (the safe was never fixed, in fact) and you had to ask for some of the promised amenities.
