Pros: The staff are helpful and responsive. The room is good and amenities are convenient. The loft in the lobby is a good place to take a rest with free coffee and hot chocolate. Luggage can be looked after before check-in and after check-out, which is a great convenience for individual travellers.
Cons: There is still some space for improvement in the elevator and the breakfast.

Pros: Great location, step straight out the front door and you're into the action... Staff friendly and a great rate.
Cons: Room was on the small side, but I guess you only get what you pay for...

Pros: The staff were relatively nice and helpful.
Cons: The lobby smelled like a diaper upon first entering, but perhaps this was off gas from the Koreatown stank outside?? The room itself was a shoebox, the decor was dated and drab, and it smelled like food when I first walked in. To top it off, I found a fresh blood smear on my sheets (and it was still sticky). The kicker - one of the elevators wasn't working and the other was always so full it was impossible to use (one man told me he had to wait for an up elevator, ride it to the top and then all the Wy back down, hitting every floor in order to make it to the lobby), so I ended up taking 7 flights of stairs every time I left the building.
