Pros: Location
Cons: Hotel is maximum 3*. Not Radissin style at all! Hotel is very poor! Rooms are old. Breakfast is everyday the same and same everyday and there is no seats - every mirning you are standing and waiting for table 10 minutes. I do not reccomend this hotel. Maybe if it would cheaper...

Pros: A beautiful old hotel done with an elegant mixture of stylishness, vintage charm, and comfort - without the stuffiness that sometimes comes with "elegance". Their staff is professional and welcoming and in general, the place seems well-run. There is good security at the door. The restaurant is excellent (try the shrimp and avocado toast!). The bed was comfortable, the bathroom well-stocked and sleek-modern. It is within perhaps 4 blocks of Penn Station, which was a huge advantage. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

Pros: The hotel was elegant in an Old New York sort of way. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was great. The breakfast buffet was very good.
Cons: The rooms were comfortable but lacked the some of the amenities a comparably priced hotel in another area might have. What are you going to do, that's New York in May for you. The parking garage workers were rude, but again, that's just New York. ;)

Pros: Our room was on the 10th floor and we had asked to switch from a King room to two doubles and they did this on checkin with no difficulty. The room was super clean and the room and bathroom were refurbished beautifully. The beds were super comfy with three very good quality pillows each. The room and hotel were surprisingly quiet and the breakfast was free for booking.com geniuses and it exceeded expectations, very fresh, tons of fruit and hot dishes. The staff were all exceedingly helpful and friendly.
Cons: Really the only thing I did not like was the price. The value for the money was there but the extra fees which knew about still added significantly to the bill and with the Canadian dollar exchange it really smarted!
