Very disappointing.
Pros: Good shower. Not much else.
Cons: Room was tired, shabby, poorly lit and small; carpet and windows were filthy. An additional $30 “service fee” is larcenous. Plus your credit card will be charged $200 at check in for “security.” I did not know about this until I checked my CC account online. The Hotel gets the float until it’s credited back to your account (if it is). Neither of these items is revealed clearly when booking. Save your money ang go elsewhere.

royalton, seen better days...
Pros: hotel was great 20 years ago....lobby is the best part
Cons: Darkness of the room drove us crazy. Room was very tired, bed was tiny. Needed roll-away bed, was given an air bed, felt like a motel.

Never again
Pros: Nothinh
Cons: No room service, nightclub downstairs loud, no one to help with luggage, room smelt bad. Checked out early. So expensive for a tired place which is clearly cutting costs. Felt bad for the staff who tried to help out under the circumstances. NOT for business travellers.

Pros: Location, unique decor in some areas, staff
Cons: Mold in bathroom of our room, tacky room decor, not a 4.5/5 star hotel, no room service, loud obnoxious music in lobby playing
