Pros:

Pros: Location, size of room
Cons: AC unit in room was extremely loud and very cold. Therefore we had a choice of turning it off and having a hot room or leaving it on and listening to the roar while freezing. Hotel restaurant exhaust and food smell entered the room from the AC unit.
